Reporting to the COO, Philip was recruited to review the PPF’s change management capability and implement structures and processes that would enhance its ability to delivery change effectively. Leading the largest work stream, the Delivery Framework, he conducted a current state assessment, conducting structured interviews with a large group of stakeholders. In collaboration with a number of key change and finance personnel he then designed, published (on the PPF’s intranet) and deployed a fit for purpose Project Delivery Framework, including a lifecycle, control processes and best practice standards, and a pragmatic approach to Portfolio Management.Deliverables included:• Project delivery lifecycle for large and small projects• Project classification (cost/risk based)• Risk, issues, benefits and change control processes• Finance, project planning and document management standards• Governance framework • Clear roles and responsibilities• Project & portfolio reporting Show less
