Interfaced with product line management team and customer support team to drive the release for the products.- Helped to establish and trained the company first offshore software development team for architectures and frameworks of CM (Cable Modem) and MTA (Multimedia Telephone Adaptor) combined products with bilingual (English and native mandarin Chinese). The team grew from around 20 members to over 100 members.- Developed early Docsis 2.0 CM (Cable Modem) and MTA (Multimedia Telephone Adaptor) combined products. Wrote CM and MTA provision and SNMP mib modules by following DOCSIS/MTA specifications in C/C++ on VxWork embedded system.
