Tested both front-end and back-end billing systems. Front-end systems included Salesforce and other in house developed applications. Back-end systems were mostly SOAP and REST API's tested using Postman. JIRA and Test Rails were used for project management and other testing uses. I also managed the deployments to our pre-production environment through the use of Jenkins and vault. It may also be helpful to know that I was the sole QA Engineer on the Billing Team for over 2 years during which time I worked on critical back-end updates that almost completely changed how financing worked.I also coordinated and conducted testing with multiple outside financial companies to ensure not just our internal software was working correctly, but that the data we sent and received to/from them was processed appropriately on both sides.

I was both the QA Manager as well as the Deployment manager. My duties included both managing and performing the software testing. Maintaining the regression test plans to provide thorough consistent systems testing. I also managed the deployments of the companies front-end and back-end systems for all sandbox and production environments. Morinda is an International corporation that has offices globally. One of my duties was to coordinate with each office the testing of their individually requested projects as well as the company wide projects that affected all markets to ensure that everything not only worked but adhered to all government regulations.
