Lead a team of Communication Watch Officers (CWOs) providing 24/7 support to the National Military Command Center (NMCC). Oversee certification, training, and team performance, while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

Command Chief Master Sergeant, Air National Guard Readiness Center. Senior Enlisted Leader for the Air Directorate Staff HQ, and principle advisor to the Commander, Air National Guard Readiness Center on all matters pertaining to the morale, welfare, and readiness of Enlisted ANG Airmen on the staff.

Wing Command Chief Master Sergeant. Senior Enlisted Leader of the Wing, and the principal advisor to the Commander on all matters influencing the health, morale, and welfare of the enlisted force of the wing.

Provides Senior Enlisted perspective on all strategic communications and ANG programs to internal and external organizations. Prepares strategic messaging and engagement support for the Director, Deputy Director, Executive Director, and Command Chief of the Air National Guard. Crafts speeches, prepares strategic-level research products, articles, executive correspondence, themes and messaging products, and conducts special projects and tasks for the Director, Command Chief, and multiple other ANG Senior Leaders

Principle advisor to the Group Commander on all activities involving 102 enlisted members assigned to two flying squadrons and the Operations Support Squadron; as well as the Group Staff. Managed resources to ensure training for, and accomplishment of three no-fail Operational Missions: VIP airlift of military and civilian members to include Secretary of the Air Force and First Lady, Defense of the National Capital Region through F16 Aerospace Control Alert, and worldwide F16 AEF Combat force projection. Provided mentorship, oversight, and training to all first line supervisors within the Group. Managed and executed annual budget of approximately $180,000. Planned and anticipated allotment of all resources affecting manpower required for training and mission accomplishment. Managed the Commander’s Inspection Program at the Group level. Trusted advisor to the Wing Commander as member of the Wing Executive Council, consulted on all decisions affecting Mission and People in the Wing.

Administer, plan, coordinate, and direct activities of all personnel performing Flight Services, Airfield Management, Aviation Resource Management, Squadron Intelligence, Aircrew Flight Equipment, and the Commander’s Support Staff. Performed the full scope of supervisory personnel functions including the assignment of duties, interview and selection of employees, making schedules and approving leave, providing training, and evaluating performance. Developed budgetary requirements, programed available dollars, and identified unfunded requirements.
