With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a seasoned leader and strategist in brand and communications. As the Vice President of Brand Strategy and Customer Communications at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, I oversee the development and execution of global brand initiatives, customer engagement programs, and marketing campaigns for one of the largest vacation ownership companies in the world. I have a proven track record of driving growth, loyalty, and innovation for our brands and customers, working with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver exceptional results. Previously, I was the Assistant Vice President of Global Brand Strategy and Management at Marriott Vacations, and before that, I spent 10 years as the Director of Brand and Communications at Vistana Signature Experiences, a leading provider of luxury vacation experiences. I have a BA in Marketing Communications from the University of North Florida, and I am passionate about creating memorable and meaningful experiences for our guests and owners. I am also committed to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration within our organization and the industry.
