Durante mi periodo de prácticas en Sprinter participé de manera activa en el Departamento de RSC llevando a cabo tareas relacionadas con la gestión y manejo de datos, actividades de benchmarking, colaboración en proyectos y actividades formativas para el personal, actividades relacionadas con la selección de personal y contratación de servicios, gestión de eventos y comunicación interna de la organización, además de soporte para otros departamentos como el de PRL y RRSS.
