I finally started my own consulting firm, Nordic Elevated. I focus on direct employer contracting, risk and collaboration. In my 24 years at Mercy I personally signed over 100 direct employer contracts including Walmart, BassPro, O'Reilly Auto Parts and many others. These last 5 years we were able to maintain flat or negative cost trends for our direct risk employer contracts. This created a win-win for the providers and employers/patients. Very rewarding work!
