For Walgreens, was a lead architect in their Rx Renewal program, an Azure cloud-based, greenfield software development effort to replace their legacy pharmacy management system, IC+. Led architecture teams for the development of the pharmacy management application, Rx Processing, and then for the development of an API product, Rx Foundation, providing access to pharmacy data and services to applications across the Walgreens enterprise. The architecture was based on domain-driven design implemented using reactive microservices.Previously for Walgreens, managed the team chartered to develop the strategy and plan for replacing their core prescription fulfillment application.
