I have led commercial teams for more than 25 years. In project management, corporate real estate advisory, crisis management, logistics and facilities management, in private and non-government organisations, including NGO and charitable institutions working both in Australia and internationally.I have been managing commercial property projects and facilities management since 1993, most recently delivering projects in Australia valued between $200,000 and $4.5 million. These projects were diverse in their specification variously including complex IT requirements, high density work floors, high security 24/7 international operations floors, industrial/warehousing, heritage change of use, retail, amongst other specialist requirements.I invest actively in developing clear communication channels and strong relationships with my clients, to assure that I understand the needs and risks of a project, and create the best solutions. With a background in Communications, Event Management, General Business Management and Human Behaviour, I use a “hands on” approach to problem solving and risk assessment, enabling me to bring problematic projects back on track quickly both in relation to timing and budget. This has seen a number of intricate commercial projects delivered simultaneously with complete client satisfaction, whilst maintaining relationships on all levels of the project delivery team despite necessary robust guidance. I am extremely hands-on; customer focused and provide a direct point of contact for my clients throughout the project.As Project Director, I am responsible for the development of project teams, integration of key stakeholders, contractors & consultants, development and management of reporting systems and the delivery of projects. I have an intimate understanding of the complete process surrounding commercial property, relocations and fit out enabling me to establish a team and effectively manage all of the resources in order to deliver a project.
