I have detailed knowledge and substantial practical experience in consumer credit compliance, commercial credit, commercial law, stockbroking and financial planning and government regulation at a senior level. Prior regulatory experience spans onsite compliance visits and running national projects focusing on financial services and consumer credit businesses and their compliance with their obligations under their relevant licences (AFSL and ACL) and legislation, enforcement, bannings, licence hearings, law and policy development.
