- Creating and implementing a bold new vision and mission for Ewel and its employees- Meet with senior management to ensure that organizational goals are met, and to ensure that every employee understands their expected role and contribution towards strategic initiatives- Formulation of organizational guidelines and strategies that assist in contributing to the overall mission and direction of the business- Overseeing complete operation of EWEL, in accordance with the aforementioned strategic plan- Maintaining competitve awareness, areas for expansion, customer relations, and new advancements in the electrical and technology sector- Evaluation of financial statements as well as non-measurable aspects of workflow to analyze the overall success of the business

- Ensuring Operations and Sales are meeting their required targets - Developing key relationships with clientele and bolstering those relationships through strong levels of customer service, attention to detail, and hard work.- Developing new processes and worksheets to streamline business practices. - Implementing new ERP system to improve data interchange, purchasing and procurement practices, B2C marketing and sales, and web/mobile platform.- Currently in the process of redeveloping web interface to allow customers to access their account information online, process sales orders, and stay up-to-date with Ewel's current events.
