Manage stock holding in multi-client Mobile Hub (clients including Vodafone, H3G, Virgin and Blackberry). Manage Stock and Operations team to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the stock file to ensure continued serviceability, surpassing and improving current SLA and KPI.Identify opportunities for establishing best practice across all Clients and drive change to continuously reduce shrinkage through process improvement.Establish effective and healthy communication channels and partnership approach with key Client stakeholders to build a collaborative and forward thinking approach to managing the stock files.

Establish Risk and Audit function, creating a schedule of works to identify and manage potential risks to the organisation. Build strong relationships with all Management roles to understand and buy into the role of Risk and Audit
