I am the Head of Associate Strategy and Engagement for our suite of General Qualifications. Using my experience of supporting customers, I am focused on ensuring all our Associates have a great experience. I am responsible for communication and learning and development as well looking at the ways that we work together in the future.Formerly the Head of Assessment Strategy who delivered customer and assessment expertise within the General Qualifications Assessment division, as well as across UK Schools and Pearson UK. I am still part of the team involved in the delivery of innovative key strategic initiatives.Also previously Quality, Delivery and Awarding Manager for Pearson and Primary Level Deputy Headteacher for an inner city London school. Successfully managed the largest portfolios of History qualifications in the UK and was part of the senior team to take a school on it's improvement journey.Skilled in Customer Service, Communications, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Project Management, Mentoring, Coaching, Governance, Data Analysis, and Progress Monitoring.
