Since starting with this Company I have been able to Identify Part off the store Layout which was not being used to Maxims Potential with the Agreement of the Management this area has now be changed to that effect at no Additional costs to the company .I have also Put in Additional Racking which was order by the Previous Store man .Loading the New Parts currently coming into the Company Inventory .responsible for Day to Day Running of the Store including Orders, Inwards, Despatch. Issuing and Cycle Counts as well as Following all H+S in place .I have also reduced the Locations for some of the UHT to one Area .Now asking to be included in Forward Planning of Maintenance and Looking at Kits for weekly Servicing which will lead to reduced Down Time for Spares .
