Armedia provides the Federal government with an encyclopedia-style online database, or a "wiki", of Federal Register and Policy documents available to federal government employees.As a Content Manager I earned a Public Trust level of clearance as well as an AWS certification. Responsibilities include adding web pages to our wiki site through various methods of editing, formatting, coding, quality control, tagging, 508 compliance, and presentation styles. Methods include CSS and HTML in MediaWiki source code editing. Content can range as recent as this month, to as old as the 1980's. The team participates in daily scrums and bi-weekly sprint planning and tracking using Agile.As a tester I create, edit, and update test cases for site maintenance releases. Releases include small patches for vulnerabilities and large updates to site functionality. Test case steps are carefully conducted and monitored, and any found issues are reported. I also maintain our project in the client's VCC sharepoint site which is audited quarterly.

Armedia is a systems integration firm that specializes in Enterprise Content Management solutions for the Federal Government and commercial customers. As Imaging Technician Lead, I lead a 3-team project which included Preparation, Scanning, and Quality Control teams in Armedia's department for information digitization. I refined the scope of execution for the whole department and set high standards of efficiency and accuracy across all three teams. Responsibilities included; running daily SCRUM meetings, tracking personnel performance, maintaining upkeep of and tracking movement within document storage room, training new hires at each level of process, equipment maintenance, at the QC level; editing, QR code development, Optical Character Recognition, monitoring chain of custody during receiving and deliveries, uploading and data ingestion tracking.As consultant I a provide Armedia with expertise on new and potential digitization projects. Responsibilities include defining scope of work, editing proposals, conducting site evaluations, training new team leads, providing tracking systems and methodologies.

As a photographer I visited construction sites and photographed components in their timely phases such as in-wall Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or pre-pour concrete slabs. Progress photos included exterior and interior progressions and site surveys. Once photos were taken, post production steps included editing, hot spotting photo locations onto floor plan drawings, uploading photos to the user-end program via cloud, and archiving.

Managed a portrait studio which included responsibilities such as; opening and closing the studio, sending daily reports of sales, managing associates and their hours, photographing sessions, critiquing others in their photography, handling customer relations, and sales.
