This tool is mound only in Linux environments more common in RHEL and Centos and works only as a clusters DB, the tool in mound at least under 3 Linux nodes, my role here is to help the customer to solve their issues with the tool, some of them would be like:1. Data Base down, is one of the most common case cases we can have, so for this we go into screen share meeting to bring the DB up, sometimes the problem is because the nodes cannot communicated between them so, we have to check, IP tables, external firewalls, ports.2. Other common cases are with third party integrations with LDAP, Kerberos Authentication, Hadoop or Kafka. These cases are a little bit more difficult as there are more things we have to check with specialist of the integrations.In this product in normal work under pressure as many of the problems are critical's because we have or, slow performance in the DB, or are down, or the querys are failing and due this the customers cannot proceed with their daily works Show less

Some cases examples would be:1. The application was discovering a machine with wrong specifications, for example there was a machine with windows 7 and the application do not find the windows version, so we have to troubleshoot, all the commands the application ran to discover this, make a trace where this data was getting lose.2. In some cases, the main server of the tool goes down so we have to jump into a remote meetings with the customer, and the company admins to solved this, sometimes we have to ran some querys to the data bases or check the network configurations in order to bring the server up.
