I am responsible for helping oversee a team of professionals and subcontractors ensuring that projects are completed on time, under budget and with maximum safety. As a member of the project management team I have helped has oversee site preparation, prepare budgets, estimate changes in cost, conduct inspections and monitor progress on job sites. I help in the process of finding and preparing change orders as a project progresses. I help make sure any project I work on that we comply with any city or state regulations to help the project move as smooth as possible. I have worked on multiple construction projects for the Microsoft/CBRE company. I have worked on both small and large projects on or around Microsoft. I also have experience in tenant improvements for medical buildings in and around Pierce County. As part of the special projects group, I have the opportunity to work in several different construction sectors including healthcare, office, education, religious, and public transportation. I have experience in both design-build and plan-spec type projects. I also had the job role of helping others at my company better understand how to use certain applications and tools associated with the project management site ProCore.
