Very customer obsessed, detail orientated, and eager to learn. During my time at Amazon, I have worked on the operations floor as a general associate processing customer returns and training new associates to competently perform their job functions. During our peak season, I was promoted to seasonal assistant manager and led teams of 50-100 associates daily. I have also worked in the Human Resource department where I engaged with associates daily, corrected time cards, delivered feedback and coordinated activities targeted at increasing associate morale and decreasing attrition. More recently I joined the Amazon staffing team where I had to coordinate with business stakeholders to deliver new hires to various sites. Create reports and bridge gaps and defects to senior regional leadership. Currently, I am a Staffing Team Lead managing the staffing team in San Diego.
