Current-Manage a team focused on D365 / Azure, network infrastructure and Helpdesk.-Plan and oversee rollouts of MDM, Mobile Devices, Surface tablets, Azure AD. Manage 3rd party consulting with firewall, switching, Citrix, and VMWare implementations.-Analyze & direct technical projects to improve security: Network Monitoring, email filtering, Veeam backup, and DR failover site.-Support remote sites in Mexico, New York, Columbia, Brazil, and Canada. Oversee, implement, and architect of network scanner, AP infrastructure rollout to remote offices connecting to Microsoft Dynamics.-Manage MSA contract negotiation, Microsoft EA agreements, and other licensing agreements.-Implementation of Sophos (Spam filter), Exclaimer (Signature), Meraki, laptop imaging (MDT) and deployment strategies.-Manage capital budgets, hardware and software procurement.-Worked with outside security firm to create and implement monitoring and EDR solution for server, switching, and SAN environments.
