• Ensuring the smooth day to day support for both EVP and VPs ensuring they are fully prepared for meetings where necessary • Organising global and local business travel, including documentation within deadlines• Collating and organising documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations with senior management which provides input into the Audit Committee papers that are produced for the Board • Managing a complex and ever changing diary proactively and setting up both conference and video calls in different time zones• Prioritising team action plans along with expected deliverables as a result of team meetings • Managing team whereabouts • Maintaining team performance dashboard which analyses the team’s performance against set KPIs • Processing purchase orders and managing costs inputting into the budget• Organising and planning team events • Organising internal training for the team • Organising risk management workshops with senior executives• Processing Expenses• Business cards

• Providing full support for 3 HR Directors • Assisting with the on boarding of new starters and leavers• Providing extensive diary management • Drafting correspondences including compromise agreements• Maintaining day to day HR administration • Maintaining annual leave and sickness records
