Responsibilities as general manager are to oversee the processes in which taxes are filed. Assure all company policies are followed by every employee. Review all returns and transmit to national office. Make calls to clients and resolve discrepancies. Process payments made to Liberty Tax Service in cash, check and credit card. Print IRS and State checks to be provided to customers. Do forecast budget for current and upcoming seasons. Train new employees on company policies and software. Close GR and make royalty payments to corporate offices.

Responsibilities as production manager were to review new orders, create production and purchase order for our vendors. Work with vendors to agree on cost of production and deadlines. Assess the production capability of vendors. Manage internal production team and assess production capacity. Provide deadlines and assure all product was delivered on time by all production teams, internal and external. Input all data in Zedonk, production order, purchase orders, inventory sheets. Responsibilities as quality control manager were to assure the quality of our product was to the standards of the industry. If any discrepancies were found, I would return them to the vendors to be corrected. Assist in warehouse receiving and shipping.

Responsibilities were to make molds out of resin, cut molds, prepare molds. Thermoform airplane parts using molds, sand, cut and paint parts. Pack prepare and do final inspection of parts for shipping. Assist in warehouse process as needed.
