Within my Employment Consultants role at Working Links I engage with local and national organisations to support with recruitment, save resources, increase skills and productivity whilst simultaneously supporting local communities by helping local people back into sustainable employment.Working directly with employers and jobseekers I identify skills shortages and set about reducing these with upskilling through various training resources. I also support commercial corporate social repsonsibilities and targeted recruitment & training activities through recruitment activities. Every CV and candidate is sifted and pre screened to ensure only the most suitable candidates progress in the recruitment process.I am passionate about helping a diverse range of people find the correct training and/ or meaningful employment enabling them to make better lives for themselves and their families.As a business in 15 years Working Links has progressed from being a small organisation based in the South Wales valleys to a national orgainsation, rewarded for the exceptional service we have provided to employers and local communities by winning larger contracts across the UK. We have been entrusted as the prime contractor of the Work Programme in both Wales and Scotland and well as the South West of England.
