I have over 17 years of Policing experience, where I have developed a range of transferable skills. During my 12 years as a Detective Supervisor I have managed a wide range of serious and complex investigations, both criminal and disciplinary. I am tertiary qualified with a Master of Investigations, and Master of Leadership and Management. These qualifications combined with wide ranging investigative and supervisory experience has enabled me to develop skills in people management, decision making, effective communication and more. I exemplify my own values by demonstrating and promoting the highest standard of professionalism and integrity. I drive and implement strategic goals to continually develop learning initiatives centered around investigation standards. I am highly accomplished, experienced, and qualified investigation specialist driven to achieve results for organisations through strategic planning, effective communication and professional relationship building. I have strong ethical leadership skills ensuring agency values are adhered to which assists in preventing unethical behaviour and maintaining agency wide professionalism. I present a clear, concise, and strategic management approach incorporating transformational leadership concepts to ensure all aspects of investigation are considered and practical solutions developed. My academic achievements, with my extensive practical experience provides the skills needed to conduct all aspects of investigation.
