David is a dedicated and knowledgeable environmental consultant with a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology from The University of Southern Mississippi. David has experience leading and conducting a wide variety of environmental assessments including wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species habitat assessments, storm water inspections, rare plant surveys, environmental resource inventories, and more. David has authored and collaborated on dozens of technical writing documents including biological assessments (BAs), environmental assessments (EAs), habitat assessments, aquatics delineations, environmental constraints analyses, pre-construction notification/nationwide permit applications, and more.
