- Responsible for leading a team of 40 employees charged with all aspects of customer marketing, client relationship management and sales for Wynn Nightlife’s 4 outlets on the Las Vegas strip. Team’s annual revenue generation was roughly $35+ million/year. Prior to each night’s opening, worked with the team to identify each client’s needs and developed and implemented plans on staffing and positioning through the event to ensure outstanding customer service at each touchpoint. - Developed a new, first of its kind training manual and onboarding program for new hires that resulted in an increased success rate on individual sales goals and substantial improvement in employee retention. Training included a strong focus on relationship building skills for building contacts with other industry experts and clients, effective marketing and self-branding, and the creation of repeatable lead generating systems.- In sales, set and exceeded ambitious personal sales goals (20% growth year over year) and developed innovative sales strategies focused on individual relationship development beyond the traditional marketing and sales tactics employed by my peers. Focused efforts on relationship building throughout the casino: from front desk staff to the concierge, to the butlers and even the valets, leveraging casino resources as possible lead generators led to sales growth above my targets each year. - Achieved the highest sales tier of “Million Dollar Sales Club” within my 1st year; subsequently hit over $1.5 million in sales my 2nd year. - Awarded ‘Employee Of The Year 2019’ for my experience in leading in sales, developing my team, building team morale, and being a leader and example for Wynn’s company ethics.
