I am Responsible for ensuring that all new hires are processed andscheduled for orientation. While processing new hires I confirm , we have accurate information including I-9, E- Verify. I would assist recruiters with sourcing and recruiting candidates.I am responsible for completing offer calls with correct pay rate and position status. Once new candidates came in I would give briefing on what on-boarding steps would be and what to expect at orientation.
