Improve the quality of information and data by working with users to identify reporting needs, defining report specifications, developing reports to meet business requirements. Develop reports and processes that can be turned over to end-users’ control whenever possible. Extract data, provide analysis and interpretation; summarize findings. Report and present results using available or developed tools. Develop new methods for presentation of data. Clearly and thoroughly document all steps. Serve as primary liaison with other departments to improve and enhance reporting.Interface with other functional departments to determine issues and identify needs for changes to workflow procedures and/or system configuration modifications as required.

Working with all departments to implement and manage data extraction and submission processes to meet timeliness and accuracy standards. Provides periodic monthly, quarterly, and annual data submission and management reporting for HEDIS Five STAR, and HCC reporting.

Providing analyticsupport for financial modeling, trend analysis,billed-allowed-paid analysis, strategy, and initiativeimplementation and measurement. Develops customreports and models used in identifying issues, trends,patterns and relationships to be applied in financialand operational decisions.

Responsible for analyzing health care data andutilizing the data to identify potential businessopportunities as well as analyzing proposed andcurrent business relationships from profitability,operations and legal perspective. Involved in other analytical projects that relate to business opportunities, financialreconciliation and outcomes research as well asdevelop reports containing cost-effectiveness,cost/benefit, cost utility, utilization and quality ofservice issues.

Research and present category profile information (spend and opportunity assessment data, current ordering processes, market dynamics, product changes, current supplier performance, etc.) Assist in managing day-to-day supplier relationships. Participate with the Service Line Directors and Project Managers in supplier business reviews to address issues concerning products, and utilization as well as data reporting
