As a Security Supervisor I was responsible for the day to day shift operations of the on the floor security team. These duties included but were not limited to: Managing floor guards and overseeing their conduct, securing the facility before and after hours of operation, completing written incident reports, ensuring the safety and security of the patrons, staff, and artwork housed within CMA.As Building Control lead I am responsible for the overseeing of Control Room operations. These duties include but are not limited to: Supervising camera operators and monitoring cameras as needed, managing the operations of a keycard based security system (AMAG Symmetry Professional), monitoring and operating a Siemens fire panel control system, operating as building liaison to first responders during emergency situations, maintaining the safety and security of patrons, staff and artwork housed within CMA during and after hours of operation.
