 Serve as the Regulatory Compliance Management System lead for projects including development, requirements gathering, coordinating testing, training, and implementation. Projects include those requiring system enhancements and those requiring procedural or other organizational changes. Identify areas of high risk within GMF’s Originations and Servicing processes and develop functional queries used to test compliance with regulatory requirements. Work effectively with all levels of management to ensure successful implementation of regulatory compliance initiatives and to ensure that other projects do not negatively impact regulatory compliance requirements. Conduct and/or participate in meetings with different teams throughout the organization to develop a solid understanding of upcoming and ongoing projects and the associated impact to consumer compliance to state and federal regulations.  Lead effort to upgrade GMFs existing OFAC verification processes and software. Develop effective relationships with other departments to better understand their operations, strategies, and service expectations as they pertain to the organization and specifically compliance.

• Generated architecture artifacts, including component diagrams, interface diagrams, and deployment diagrams, for the major phases of the auto lending process• Participated in turning business needs into Business Requirements documents, and helping Solution Architects turn the Business Requirements into Technical Requirements • Created requirements document and screenshot, then managed the implementation, testing, and deployment of an enterprise data repository• Created an Enterprise Architecture Governance Plan, as well as a document update governance process• Authored multiple technical description documents describing GMF’s Information Technology (IT) current and near future outlooks• Responsible for conducting meetings with potential vendors to assess if their products met desired business needs and project budget constraints• Identified and documented triggering and output systems and applications for generating enterprise correspondence

Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on business needs, a thorough understanding of business systems and industry standards. Develop and manage relationships with business, internal and external IT partners to provide technology based solutions to business needs. Support development, QA and UAT activities as it pertains to system functionality throughout the project lifecycle. Perform complex, expert analysis to creatively solve problems. Create and maintain process flows, component diagrams, and detailed process functionality. Experience using SQL Developer, Tibco iProcess, AS400, RouteOne, DealerTrack, Salesforce, Canada/US Lease, APR, and Balloon funding platforms.
