• Reports directly to Managers and Partners and takes responsibility for junior staff during audit engagements.• Leads audits for clients, undertakes risk assessment; draft planning; in-house planning meetings; management of fieldwork stages; and finalisation of audit files. • Completing control based, substantive and analytical audit testing and reviewing work prepared by junior staff.• Supervises junior staff during engagements: allocating and reviewing work; providing training and support; managing deadlines; and giving informal performance feedback.• Acts as the focal point of contact for client queries, responding promptly and escalating more serious issues to the management team.• Prepares statutory (including consolidated) and management accounts for Partner review, with supporting notes and schedules.• Prepare Corporate Tax computations for clients.
