During the course of my more than 30 years of experience, I have developed, constructed, serviced, troubleshot, supported, and coded. I've worked with Microsoft products since Windows NT4 and have experience with Exchange 5.5 through 2019 and now Office 365. Having a background in both hardware and programming, I can spot issues right away and ignore the blame-shifting that is so common in the computer industry.
