I was the chubby child and had always struggled with my weight. When I left for the military I had a lot to learn about fitness. I ended serving 4 years in the Air Force and 6 years in the Army. Even then I didn’t know true fitness. After I got out of the military, I really struggled with my weight. I let myself get up all the way to 310 lbs and battled depression. I lost my identity, couldn’t maintain a job, and was eating and drinking myself almost to death. I was out of control and destroying myself. I had to make a change. I started working out and learning about proper nutrition, which was the hardest part by the way. Then I became addicted to working out.It’s became my lifestyle. Fitness literally saved my life and I’ve developed such a passion for it that I want to share and teach it to everyone. I went back to college to learn as much as I could about health and fitness. Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment • Maintain and inspect more than 10 OH-58D Helicopters during extreme conditions by paying intensive attention to detail ensuring 100% survivability rate of aircraft during two tours of duty in Afghanistan. • Serve as FOD (Foreign Object Debris) Officer by creating and implementing plans and briefs to over 30 personnel to spread knowledge and enforce safe maintenance and inspection procedures. • Serve as Team Leader to six personnel to produce 25% increase in turn-around time on maintenance.
