My responsibilities include structuring and implementing the project plan for the development of three interconnected parts to Ballet Soul: - the Ballet Soul Charity to promote ballet and modern dance training for talented people from disadvantaged backgrounds; - Ballet Soul Global, the commercial company; and a production company whose name cannot yet be released, whose first ballet production is still at the development stage. This production is an exciting modern dance interpretation of a Shakespeare play set to modern music being created especially for the choreographer’s new dance production.

Established the business from scratch to provide, principally, solicitors’ clients with generic independent financial planning advice and arrangements.Developed a sophisticated and advanced IT system and designed own software applications initially to meet perceived needs – brought in outside expertise when needed, otherwise developed own customised systems.Provided innovative bespoke investment portfolio construction and advisory management – research and analysis of the markets and economic conditions.Acted as trustee, administrator and executor.Acted as a professional witness and assessor in family legal disputes – registered with “Resolution – first for family law” as a professional witness (financial) in family law and Inheritance Act disputes.Managed the business, responsible for meeting regulatory requirements and for business development and on-going client care – first class inter-personal skills and communication skills essential.

Started up and headed the Personal Finance Division within an innovative legal firm, being one of the leaders in establishing an integral IFA division. I also acted as Chairman of the Law South Investment and Tax Committee. Law South was a loose confederation of large regional law firms in South East England at the time.
