Responsible for the planning, design, execution, and support of networked and stand-alone computer systems including project analysis and pot rollout end-user support for 300 end users. Analyze and troubleshoot network server logs and ensure security of data and access levels across workgroups. Administer and maintain a network comprised of 800 workstations, help desk, hardware inventory, software inventory, equipment purchasing, software purchasing, email accounts and associated email server functions for 100 end users.

Responsible for supporting all computer hardware and networks to over 3000 end users throughout four different hospital sites. Installed and maintained computer networks, hardware, and peripheral related equipment. Responsible for performing network security functions to ensure system integrity. Performed data backups, system imaging, and profile migrations within Ghost Cast Server.

Responsible for migration projects involving software upgrades and managing equipment inventory. Assisted end users with email migration to a new Exchange server. Communicated with cross-functional team members all problems/errors/crashes. Provided desktop support to over 3,000 end users across four hospital sites and small offices offsite. Achieved to receive an opportunity to become a permanent member of the IT team given the role as a PC Technician at the end of my contract.

Responsible for deploying, installing, documenting and supporting desktops and laptops to operate within an enterprise network environment. Provided level one desktop support to 1000 end users by addressing various system applications and hardware problems through a central tracking system known as Remedy. Lead a small team in a deployment project to install over 300 workstations in a new building “Women’s and Children’s Pavilion.”
