This included responsibility for a £100m+ pipeline of opportunities including major bids for the Education Authority NI for finance HR and payroll services for over 40,000 employees, an NI Executive Agency and several bids to Transport for London and several other key initiatives. The role involved setting the strategy and direction for a team of specialists across IT, finance & commercial disciplines and managing budgets for that team.

Highlights include the award of a multi million pound contract for the design and ongoing service delivery of MOT centre, contact centre and web enabled services for an integrated booking service for the Driver & Vehicle Testing Agency in Northern Ireland.

Chaired the process design group for the design and implementation of the change programme resulting in the introduction of new business processes.Responsible for the introduction of new CAD/CAM design and production systems into technical and production environments. Challenges included the training of over 100 production personnel in new CAD/CAM techniques.
