What motivates me is a job done right. I aspire to be among the best at whatever I do. Experience is key to what makes me who I am today. Having 14 jobs since I was 16 might seem unstable to some, but for me it has been absolutely crucial in shaping who I am today. Jobs have taught me flexibility and honest - hard work. I've interacted and worked with just about every kind of person you can think of and I have learned something new and interesting from each one of them. Here are a few highlights.Patience - My goal at every job is to friends with everyone I work with. In reality that is not always possible. I have learned to take the bad in stride and to make sure to never lose my cool when things get hot. And apologize if I fall short of that goal.Integrity - I have responsibilities to uphold at a job. Just like anyone else, I fall short sometimes. Though I strive for excellence, owning up to mistakes is something I never question. I will always tell the truth.Attention to Detail - Being a lifeguard and working on a maintenance crew have something in common. Your brain has to be engaged 100% of the time. When thorough work is needed I am the go to person. I have spent hours making sure every single section on a radiator was cleaned. Every person in the pool was accounted for and safe. Confident - When I see something that doesn't match what should be I am not afraid to ask my supervisor. I want to make sure a job is done right, not just done. There have been many instances where I noticed something that no one else saw.These are just a few of the qualities I bring with me to each job. Do not be deceived however, just because I have done and learned much, I am still perfectly able to do and learn much more under the right tutelage.
