Oversee the bid specification for all remedial system RFPs. Evaluate the specification and offer recommendations to clients if necessary to enhance their bid package with respect to system construction, operation and maintenance requirements. Closely monitor the construction of all remedial systems to insure adherence to bid specifications. Extensive experience in the design, build and operation/optimization of pump-and-treat, free product skimming, multiphase extraction (MPX), air sparging/bio sparging and soil vapor extraction (AS/SVE), in-situ bio enhancement, and in-situ chemical oxidation systems. These systems utilize low maintenance components to minimize O&M requirements and maximize run time to optimize overall effectiveness. Utilize both relay logic and PLC based controls to maintain simplicity and achieve the desired goals. Designed multiple independent recovery systems operating with PLC logic and communicating over a fiber optic backbone with all PLCs communicating to a centrally located SCADA PC. Troubleshoot/optimize and retrofit existing systems that are not performing properly.
