I managed the SaaS Renewal Program with over 90% renewal success rates over 3 years. I designed, delivered, and acted as MC/ Host for 5 Annual Sales Kick Off Events. In previous senior roles with global ERP and business software companies, I led and delivered numerous complex sales engagements, working directly with company chief executives to deliver value and results aligned with company strategy and objectives.I have coached, mentored, and trained numerous company personnel and take pride in seeing great achievements of past employees and colleagues.As a volunteer I led the Board of Directors for the Royal Ottawa Hospital Foundation to raise money and awareness for mental health.
