My litigation practice encompasses a wide variety of complex litigation, including the defense of manufacturers in product liability cases and the defense of design and construction professionals in professional liability litigation. I also represent clients in toxic tort actions and admiralty and maritime law matters.I’ve assisted clients with products liability cases involving a variety of consumer and industrial products, including pneumatic nailers, various power tools, automotive components, automatic door systems, escalators, cranes and conveyors, adhesives, medical devices, recreational products. I've also represented defendants in toxic tort cases involving dioxin, benzene, asbestos, and mold.

For nearly 30 years, I represented a variety of consumer and industrial product manufacturers facing complex product liability litigation. For my clients, I led litigation in state and federal courts throughout Missouri, Illinois, and elsewhere. I’ve handled successful appeals before the Missouri Supreme Court, various Illinois appellate courts, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Courts of Appeal in both Missouri and Illinois.
