With over 18 years’ experience in senior management, I have a degrees in Business/Marketing and have worked across all levels of management from grassroots through to senior management.Most recently I was the General Manager for AHG Refrigerated Logistics. As General Manager, I had for P&L responsibility for a business turning over $400m per annum with accountability for Sales and Marketing, OH&S, Compliance, Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Commercial and Fleet. During my time at AHG Refrigerated Logistics we grew the business from less than a $100m in turnover to the premier refrigerated logistics operation in Australia operating across 12 sites in all Australian mainland states. This growth was both organic and through acquisitions and I have extensive M&A experience, customer and account management together very strong operations, commercial, HR and OH&S experienceI pride myself on being a leader of people who relates well to all levels within an organisation but someone who is also highly driven and strategic. I am a very strong change manager and I am skilled with cultural and operational change. I am computer literate and have undertaken and managed several system and ERP implementations.
