My role as an Early Careers Talent Specialist falls within the wider recruitment team at Teach First.Duties include:• At Teach First, a Times Top 100 Graduate Scheme, I help manage the entire early careers recruitment process for graduates and undergraduates across the South of England.• Consistently meet monthly targets that contribute to both individual KPIs and the overall team's objectives.• Work closely with external stakeholders to attract talent to our graduate programmes, including strategic planning, marketing, applicant support, and attending university events.• Collaborated with universities such as King’s College London, University College London, Imperial College London, Cardiff University, University of Southampton, University of East Anglia, and the University of Bath, with recent focus on the University of Bristol and the University of Exeter. Engagement includes Careers Services, Student Unions, departments, and societies.• Lead a team of Brand Managers at partner universities, ensuring their development and achievement of goals while aligning with organizational objectives.• Assess candidates at Development Centers, shortlist top talent, and support their onboarding and induction processes.• Design and deliver training for new team members, creating opportunities for learning and implementing best practices.• Oversee stakeholder relationship management and project progress, delegating tasks to optimise vendor interactions and ensure goal achievement.

Buchanan Staffing Group is a specialist Search Firm which spans entry level through to board level positions, operating out of London they offer a range of expert consultative solutions across the UK. Buchanan Staffing Group works across the Graduate Recruitment and Law Recruitment markets. Duties include • Promoted from Resourcer to Recruitment Consultant in five months at Buchanan Staffing Group, gaining autonomy to develop and manage my own client base.• Conducted interviews, assessed qualifications, and managed offer negotiations while providing consultative guidance on hiring strategies.• Expanded client base and built strong relationships, mentored new colleagues, and supervised three promotions in my second year through coaching and support.• Recognized for exceptional candidate management and consistently exceeded personal and team targets.

Warminster School is a private school founded in 1707 in the heart of Wiltshire, priding itself on its excellent teaching team, sports facilities and grand buildings within the grounds of the school.I worked as a Sports Teacher, Teaching Assistant and Resident Boarding House Assistant where the happiness and safety of the children were my main concern.I worked alongside professionals in the industry to take care of children ranging from 5-18. Due to my ability to lead classes of children I was given the opportunity to lead sporting sessions and sports teams of my own which helped to further my leadership skills.Working evenings and weekends in a boys boarding house gave me a chance to test my abilities to organize and lead where I created an environment for the boys to be themselves and enjoy life away from their families whilst offering many opportunities for external activities.
