I initially was a System Engineer for Lenovo Enterprise (servers, storage) during the Tech Data to TD Synnex transition. Due to duplication of roles, I was transferred to my Systems Engineer position supporting NetApp Storage until leaving the company in September 1st, 2023.TD Synnex previously known as the Tech Data Corporation.

Technical review of all configuration assembly orders regardless of vendor prior to being sent to assembly in one of our Configuration facilities. Most commonly HP and Lenovo servers/storage and Cisco networking equipment. Worked with sales, customer, and end-user to ensure that any missing items or configuration errors were resolved prior to assembly. Assisted sales and customers pricing out configuration opportunities. Collected and logged configuration requirements for assembly from the customer/end-user. Assisted the configuration centers with Work Instruction reviews for recurring builds. Created and maintained technical documents, pricing brochures, configuration forms, and FCC Declarations of Conformity. Wrote scripts for retrieval of stored drive images at the configuration center. Developed Photoshop droplet macros for automated graphics manipulation for the Private Label Delivery that our company offered.

NCO at the base communications center. Additionally tasked with small computer systems security. Awarded my second Air Force Achievements Medal (1994) for creating the Air Force's first digital phone book using HTML.
