Quality control in the production of wood adhesives, raw materials (urea, starch, melamine, salt, methanol, soda, etc.), intermediate products and finished products (different types of resins), as well as boiler water and effluents, shlf-life, stability and deviation analysis, among others.The laboratory also performs a chemical analysis service for third parties.Some of the tasks performed are: Calibration of instruments, preparation of solutions, titrations, determination of pH, conductivity, viscosity, density, IR, determination of nitrogen and formaldehyde, determination of solids, effluent analysis (BOD and COD, NTK, OUR , ZSV, SVI, total and volatile solids), among others.
