Product Development, Product Launch, Building & Maintaining Customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction. I find working for Goodwill extremely fulfilling, but my goal has always been to identify issues based on my experience and work my way up in hopes of implementing solutions. I still have time for consulting, freelance writing, as well as focusing my time outside of work on other projects, hobbies, and interests. I’m an avid reader, writer, creator, an enthusiastic, out of the box thinker, always prepared to take on new and exciting challenges. I’m always interested in opportunities which allow me to apply my knowledge of sales, marketing, branding, customer service,and problem solving. I also continue to seek out opportunities where I can expand my knowledge base, making myself a more valuable asset to my employers, employees, as well as any future career paths that may present themselves. I have so many ideas that are low cost, high reward, easy implementation, that would solve, or at the very least, alleviate issues I’ve been able to pinpoint where I’m currently at, hoping to have an opportunity to climb the ladder and show them what I’m really capable of.
