Managed both sales and operations for a snow only company. Operated the largest branch with the highest margins. Total revenue exceeded $12 million dollars for just my branch, and that was only during the winter months. Also had the highest renewal percentages both as an individual and as a Branch. I was in charge of the only branch to continue hitting its sales goal year after year. Was in charge of over 600 accounts and responsible for all of the hiring of sub contractors, employees etc.

Was in charge of running all the day to day operations of a Rental Company. Took a branch that was losing over $300,000 per year and made it profitable within 6 months of taking over as BM. Was in charge of the sales force, the Union mechanics, and the union drivers. Ensured customer satisfaction in all areas. Also, I had to do my own budgets and then operate to a P&L each month.

Was in charge of all the rentals of aerial lifts. Jobs included sales of the rental equipment, ensuring on time deliveries and pick ups. Helped to develop the system that was used to do all of the billing. I also did the billing of all the rental equipment.
