Halifax merged with Bank of Scotland.- Wrote an ATM Emulator in C for testing of message handlers for Midland Bank Reciprocity (now HSBC).- Coordinated an 8 week investigation into Halifax's ATM system by American Vendor organising technical meetings as required.- Designed and built a Lotus Notes database to log information about Halifax systems with a view to using information to coordinate a migration to Corebank.- Wrote production JCL suite for new CACS Debt recovery system to ensure seamless integration, incorporating full database backup, recovery and restart processing.- Joined a new team to design and build a new state of the art system to join disparate systems together to make a seamless and single process for displaying and updating customer information across all platforms - This subsequently became the starting point for all applications using customer data.- Joined mortgages team to design and build a new mortgage system using the technology designed for the customer system.

First role: Solving CICS Abends by analysing Macro Level Assembler CICS dump logs.- Worked with F.I.Group converting a mortgage advance system from a Wang Mini Computer to Mainframe.- Joined ATM team as Lead Senior on upgrade of Card Management System and integration with existing customer accounts.
