Working with a small project team on a 45,000 sq ft Medical Office Building focusing in Cancer Treatment. My focuses are the building exterior, site logistics, quality control, and conducting inspections.

On-site management for a 100,000+ sq ft Higher Education Dining Hall & Classroom Building at Virginia Tech. Management of schedule, cost, material, subcontractors, owners, etc.

Construction Management and General Contracting at two locations, a hospital renovation in Kilmarnock VA, & a Higher Education Dining Facility in Blacksburg VA. Some of my frequent tasks were updating drawings, reviewing submittals and RFIs with the project management team, managing infection control regarding construction inside the hospital, and various hands-on jobs with Superintendents or Subcontractors.

On-site leadership during events overseeing all participants and employees such as game officials and scorekeepers.

As an official I supervised and facilitated my college peers at the intramural sports level and facilitated events, keeping records, and assisting with some administrative duties.

I was in charge/part of a landscaping crew of 2-4 workers that did everything from lawn maintenance to installing roofing and siding, depending on the job I dealt with assigning tasks, daily and weekly scheduling, customer relations, and equipment management and maintenance

I spent this internship handling sensitive documents, organizing files, and mailroom duties for this small tax firm based out of Newport News Virginia.
