Successfully lead multiple aspects of the company including business development, technology integration, project management and data analytics. Directly supported municipalities throughout the United States – developing extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the solicitation, development, deployment, operation, and ongoing maintenance of solutions ranging from municipal parking programs to automated traffic enforcement systems. Responsibilities included establishing policies, defining objectives and delivering on initiatives for municipalities of all sizes, working at all levels within the administration, operation, enforcement and adjudication processes.

Successfully developed and implemented multiple municipal parking projects to deliver new technologies. Refined the product design process for multiple parking products including design concept, assessment and logistical procedures and delivered contracts with key accounts such as Seattle, WA, San Diego, CA and Phoenix, AZ.

Responsible for the development of sales and marketing strategies for “middle market” municipalities. Worked with City Managers, Mayors, and Parking Coordinators to manage and grow Parkeon’s Northeast accounts. Responsible for the management of approximately $4,000,000 in sales.

Responsible for all aspects of Brother’s business through a number of regional retailers, buying groups and distributors. Responsibilities included the management of all retail and online promotions, funding, budget accrual, forecasting/inventory planning, account point of sale and analysis, site and retail merchandising, and all marketing initiatives. -2010 Account Base: Combined sales increased 70% from $26.4 million in 2009 to $44.8 million in 2010-2011 Account Base: Combined sales increased 19% from $9 million in 2010 to $10.7 million in 2011

Responsible for all aspects of Brother’s business through Amazon.com, Newegg.com, and Buy.com. Responsibilities included managing all online promotions, site merchandising, content upload, forecasting, inventory planning, and website marketing initiatives. Worked with account’s Buyer, Inventory Managers, and Site Merchandisers to manage all Brother Business and grow sales.-2009 Account Base: Combined sales increased 18% from $43.6 million in 2008 to $51.4 million in 2009.

Supported Brother Sales through all Staples, Office Max, and Office Depot retail accounts. Responsible for onsite and web conference trainings, specifically focusing on lines of product, promotional strategy, and customer support. Trained new hires and organized nationwide price and promotional checks to identify key issues at the retail level.
