Write detailed Mitigation Plans for Information Assurance Vulnerability (IAV) Alert (IAVA), Bulletins (IAVB) and Computer Tasking Orders (CTO’s) as required provide to HQ IT Operations Program Manager for review which is then forwarded to the DCIO HQ IT Operations and final approval is done by NAVSEA CIO. If approved, Mitigation Plans are then submitted to HQ IAM Management for reporting to Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command/Online Compliance Reporting System (OCRS). Segregated weekly official IA Retina Scans and e-mail the scan results to all Systems Administrators and provide remediation solutions. Work with the respective Systems Administrators and provided detailed information in regards to False Positive Report for Retina findings. Work with the respective Systems Administrators to remediate IA vulnerabilities and assisted in patching systems and verifying compliance prior to submittal of the HQ Ops Compliance Reports to HQ IA Management. Request additional official verification Retina Scans on CLIN 27 assets and legacy assets using the latest Retina audit file and provide the scan results to Systems Administrators via e-mail. Closely monitor Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command/Online Compliance Reporting System (OCRS) daily for IAVA’s and IAVB’s and CTO’s that are due.
