Content Manager
Current• Create, manage and maintain content for support site• Develop and drive content strategy for support site• Manage team of content creators and publishers• Work cooperatively with Service Delivery Managers, game studios and vendors to develop relevant and useful content in all supported languages• Maintain company Voice and Tone, as well as a consistent look and feel throughout all web and support site properties• Manage content database cleanups and maintenance• Edit and proofread content (also includes non-support site content)• Track and report on all support site metrics• Ensure all game launch content is created, published and localized (where applicable) on time• Provide up-to-date Content Guidelines to all content creators• Drive implementation of changes to support site and content based on usability testing and website analytics
